From time to time, we also assist our clients in conducting in-house training/seminars in relation to the debt-recovery process.
With the growing popularity of alternative dispute-resolution methods, our litigation practice group has also been involved in numerous arbitration, mediation and conciliation proceedings, including serving as an arbitrator, co-arbitrator or mediator. One of our partners is also an appointed member of the First Panel Arbitrators of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration. |
