Niv completed his tertiary education locally and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the Multimedia University, Malaysia. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in June 2011. He was in chambers prior to his call to the Malaysian Bar. He is currently an Associate in the Banking & Finance department advising in corporate banking, debt capital market, Islamic Finance and project finance.
