Practice Area
Elaine is a Senior Associate in the Banking & Finance department, handling corporate banking matters including bilateral loans & syndications, debt capital market instruments such as asset-backed securitisation (ABS), bonds issuances in the form of commercial papers and/or medium-term notes (CPMTN), conventional and equity-linked debt issues, such as warrants and loan stocks, Islamic Finance, project finance and trade financing agreements.

Qualifications
Elaine completed her tertiary education in the United Kingdom, and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of West England, Bristol, United Kingdom. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2005. She was in chambers prior to her call to the Malaysian Bar.
