Cassie is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/Commercial department, advising on various aspects related to corporate and commercial law, which include domestic and cross-border M&As, IPOs, takeovers and reverse takeovers (RTOs), capital and/or corporate restructuring and fundraising exercises, due diligence (for acquisition, compliance or transactional purposes), formation and structuring of corporate entities, placements and underwriting agreements, joint ventures or partnerships, privatisation and delistings, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and scheme of arrangements.

Qualifications
Cassie completed her tertiary education locally, and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2002.
